7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returns are applicable only for orders delivered within India.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.

  2. Go to the “My Orders” section.

  3. Select the order you wish to return.

  4. Click on “Request Return” and follow the instructions.

Returns will only be processed if requested through the website within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags must be intact

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must have the order confirmation or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please raise a return request from your order section within 7 days of delivery, along with clear images of the issue. Our team will review and resolve the issue at the earliest.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size or product, please:

  1. Place a new order for the desired item.

  2. Raise a return request for the original product (subject to approval).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 6–10 business days.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount in your account.
